Time journey is the quintessence of a Camera. The captured fleeting moments can make one travel back in time, into a memory and relive the past. The moments can reach out to future generations even while the subject is long gone and no more present, thereby attaining a sense of eternity.
film: a source of entertainment or a heightened emotional experience ?
No other art form is such a perfect blend of all the crafts as Cinema. A well-made film casts its spell and aims for the total immersion of audience by reaching out to the emotions hidden at the deepest depths of their minds yearning for a connection and eventual release. Every time a person starts watching a movie, it's as though, an emotional trip is embarked that transcends barriers of time and space. In real time, it may appear that it is the actors who enact a scene on screen, but for an immersed viewer it is he/she who actually enacts on screen in a larger than life size, the actors are mere midgets acting inside their mind space, thereby completing the emotional connection.
